Yesterday, 55 year old James Woodward walked out of a Texas courtroom after DNA testing overturned his convition of rape and murder to his girlfriend 27 years ago. Woodward spent more time in prison then any other wrongfully convicted inmate in US history. He was one of 18 to be freed in Dallas Country after DNA testing proved the truth, which shows how messed up the sytem is and how racist they are especially in Texas. How could you ever pay back someone after wrongfully having them rot in prison for a good majority of their life. They could never come close to making it up and the system needs to be punished for such stupid nonsense.

Thats really interesting, though it happens alot in our system. Just recently a person in jail walked out only by the jail system accidently releasing him. What makes it even worst is once the cops are on a scene they have to charge someone even when it was an accident. I had a friend who was driving at night on a snowmachine and wrecked. He lost a short term use of his legs. But in the end after him paying the fees to use the health service. The trooper put a warrant out for his arrest and charged him with a DUI… How does that happen?? Are most just money hungry?? Whats even worst is they had no physical evidence other then they needed to charge him with that or wreckless driving. Some cases are horrible.
